What arrangements have you made about travel insurance?

Some of the considerations you need to make when purchasing travel insurance.

Will you be participating on any snow sports?

Snow Sports are excluded under most international travel plans. Cover can be obtained by paying an additional amount and QBE's cover is very comprehensive.

Do you or a member of your travelling party have an existing medical condition?

Not all existing medical conditions are covered automatically. If you don't take out cover for an existing medical condition there is no cover under the policy for any claim arising as a result of or exacerbated by the existing medical condition.

Are any of the personal items you are taking with you valued over the luggage per item limits available on your chosen travel plan?

If you are taking items such as cameras, jewellery or golf clubs over the luggage per item limit you may wish to purchase Specified Item Cover to ensure they are fully covered or perhaps the required limits are available on a different travel plan.

Are you going to be renting a car?

You may wish to increase the rental vehicle insurance excess cover beyond what is available on the travel plan selected.
